  My wife and I bought a new townhome here in Norfolk back in June of 2021 and we found out Overhead Door had installed the garage door. One day in February of 2022. I opened the garage door and I saw a few small screws on the ground and I noticed that they came from the bottom of the garage door where the rubber seal was. I mentioned it to my my wife and she said that the door sounds a little loud when it opens and closes. So I called Overhead Door here in Norfolk, and explained what was going on and they said they would send out someone to look at it. A few days later one of there Techs came out and I showed him the door and he said he would take care it. As we talked a little I found his name was Ron and he had being with the Overhead Door since 1978, and that really impressed me. For someone to stay with a Company that long tells you something about that Company and how they treat there employees. Well! He added some more screws, adjusted the door and sprayed the rollers on the door.  I asked him how much and he said no cost that the door was still under warranty and he told me what to do every 6 months or so to keep it running smoothly, and now it sounds and runs so much better...which makes my wife and I very happy customers. Thanks again Overhead Door for great customer service and a shout out to Ron for job well done

  Absolute A++ company. Their  staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not pushy but extremely well informed about their products and services.
